Recipes of the World for slimness

To eat comfortably without fearing for his shape, all the recipes have been selected for their low fat content without excess sugar.

At the bottom of each recipe is displayed the calories in the recipe for one person.

The glycemic index is also displayed. An indice in red (there are some because of potatoes that are high in calories) denotes a menu to eat very occasionally, and never for diabetics.

The recipes are also suited for slimness and to be easy to make: we avoided too long preparations, with too many ingredients.
