Shrimps with eggs

Gambas are these giant sea shrimps which are sized as crawfishes but do not taste as them and can't be eaten without special preparation. Here's an example with egg and spices.
The cholesterol in the egg is offset by the omega 3 in the shrimp.
We can incorporate ginger (10 g) cilantro (3 g) which are gratered and mixes in the preparation.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp: 50g
  • Egg: 40g
  • Shallot: 5g
  • Flour: 5g
  • Mint: 1g
  • Breadcrumbs: 5g
  • Oil: 5g

Ustensiles

    Frying pan.

Preparation


    Chop shrimps, shallot, mint and other spices.
    Mix with egg and breadcrumbs.
    Form patties and coat with flour.
    Cook in oil.

Serve


    Warm.
