Fried mussels


Mussels fried in oil or butter, it's easy to do and requires little time.

Some ingredients will take up this dish while retaining its qualities of low-calorie meal replacement. The weight of mussels is evaluated without the shell is preserved in cooking, as always for the mussels. It is possible to add other kinds of shells if they are suitable for cooking (so no oysters.) We also added the optional ginger powder, parsley and garlic.

Ingredients

  • Mussels: 80g
  • Lemon: 10g
  • Oil: 2g
  • Ginger: 2g
  • Parsley: 2g

Ustensiles

    Saucepan.
    Frying pan.

Preparation


    Place mussels in a saucepan pan with a little water.
    Cook over high heat.
    Shells have to be opened.
    Remove the pan from heat.
    Drain the water.
    Place mussels in frying a pan with olive oil.
    Fry shortly.
    Add the garnish: ginger, lemon juice, parsely.

Serve


    Warm.
