Potato brings also calories and has a high glycemic index, it must be accompanied by other low-energy foods such as mushrooms or greens.

Ingredients

  • Potato: 100g
  • Egg: 10g
  • Garlic: 5g
  • Lemon: 5g
  • Oil: 5g
  • Paprika : 1g

Ustensiles

    Frying pan.

Preparation

    Sauce


    Put half the oil in a bowl.
    Add egg.
    Include crushed garlic. Chili powder.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Beat to form a thick sauce.
    Gradually add oil and lemon juice.

    Potato


    Cut the potatoes into pieces.
    Fry in a skillet.
    It improves cooking by repeating it after a break of 15 minutes.

Serve


    Hot, pour the sauce over the potatoes.
