Pork with carrots

Preparation


    Cut carrots into thin slices.
    Cut potatoes into small squares.
    The same goes for pork.
    Cut onion into slices.
    Put it to brown (without cooking) in a pan with the meat, 2 minutes.
    Sprinkle with flour and stir.
    Add carrots and potatoes.
    Add broth, wine.
    Salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook over low heat.
    We may have to stir every 15 minutes to detach from the bottom.

Serve


    Warm.
