Pumpkin with Chestnuts

  • Pumpkin: 100g
  • Chestnut: 100g
  • Shallot: 5g
  • Sour cream: 5g
  • Olive oil: 5g
  • Salt:

Ustensiles

    Saucepan.
    Mixer.

Preparation

    Pumpkin


    Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
    Mince the shallot.
    Fry 2 minutes shallot in oil with salt.
    Add pumpkin.
    Cover with water.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Add sour cream.
    Boil.
    Pass through mixer.

    Chestnuts


    Cut the cooked chestnuts in slices​.
    Put them on a plate.
    Cover with cream of pumpkin.

Serve


    Warm.
