  • Daurade: 100g
  • Lemon: 50g
  • Garlic: 5g
  • Oil: 2g

    Oven.

Preparation


    Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
    Chop the garlic or cut into small pieces.
    Squeeze lemons and mix the juice with the oil and garlic.
    Add pepper.
    Incise the daurade up to 1 cm deep along its length (it is already cleared).
    Put in a baking oven.
    Coat the sea bream with the juice slowly.
    Turn back and coat the other side.
    Put in the oven.

Serve


    Warm.
