Potato pancakes

This recipe has the advantage of it may be prepared at any time because its ingredients are generally available in any pantry.
It is also simple and quick to prepare.
Can be prepared with a little flour or without. Adding garlic is still an option.

Ingredients

  • Potato: 100g
  • Egg: 25g
  • Onion: 10g
  • Parsley: 2g
  • Oil: 5g
  • Salt:

Ustensiles

    Frying pan.
    Grater.
    Sieve.

Preparation


    Wash potatoes.
    Grate, like carrots.
    Leave draining.
    Chop onion.
    Beat the eggs.
    Mix eggs, onions, potatoes, parsley.
    Heat oil in the pan.
    Flatten large spoonfuls of the mixture in the pan.
    Fry a few minutes on each side.

Serve


    Warm.
