Spinach with mushrooms

Often milk is added to change the spinach taste a little bitter, but there are other ways to accommodate them. And to soften a bit as they irritate the intestines...
We can use frozen or canned spinach. And all kinds of mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Spinach: 100g
  • Mushroom: 50g
  • Pine nut: 5g
  • Gruyere: 40g
  • Vinegar: 2g
  • Oil: 2g
  • Salt:

Ustensiles

    Saucepan.

Preparation


    Mix oil, vinegar, salt.
    Fry the pine nuts in oil for a few minutes.
    Cook the spinach if they are frozen.
    The same goes for the mushrooms.
    Cut mushrooms into slices.
    Spread mushrooms over spinach.
    Add the grated cheese.
    Add the initial mixture of oil and vinegar.

Serve


    Warm.
