Shrimp with apples

Shrimps are gambas. Cider and Calvados can be replaced by equivalent drinks.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp gambas: 70g
  • Apple: 70g
  • Garlic: 5g
  • Butter: 5g
  • Cider: 5g
  • Calvados: 2g
  • Salt:

Ustensiles

    Frying pan.

Preparation


    Shell the shrimp.
    Peel the apples.
    Crush or grind the garlic.
    Cut apples into cubes.
    Fry in butter.
    Add shrimp.
    Add garlic.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add cider and calvados (separately or not) or similar drinks.
    Heat and flame out of fire.
    Cook.

Serve


    Hot.
