    Pie plate.
    Bowl.

Preparation

    Tomato


    Peel and seed tomatoes.
    Cut.
    Add oil and chopped garlic.
    Sweat in the pan.

    Dough


    Place flour in a bowl.
    Mix with Parmesan, bread crumbs, butter, nuts.
    The dough must becomes crumbly.
    Let stand.
    Sprinkle the tomatoes with this dough.

    Crumble


    Add salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar.
    Mix.
    Spread the tomatoes in the dish.
    Preheat oven to 200 degrés.
    Put the dish in the oven.

Serve


    Warm or cold.
