Whiting colombo with lemon

  • Whiting: 100g
  • Potato: 100g
  • Lemon: 60g
  • Onion: 30g
  • Garlic: 5g
  • Colombo: 1g
  • Coriander: 1g
  • Fennel: 1g
  • Coconut milk: 2g
  • Oil: 2g
  • Salt:

Ustensiles

    Casserole or Dutch oven.

Preparation

    Condiments

    Chop onion.
    Chop the garlic.
    Squeeze the lemon juice.
    Remove the pulp of the lemon, mince the lemon rind and keep it.

    Fish and potatoes

    Cut the fish into cubes.
    Peel the potatoes, turn them into slices.
    Add washers.
    Brown them in oil in a casserole.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Sauté two minutes.
    Add all ingredients but potatoes and mix.
    Bake 30 minutes.

Serve

    Hot.
