This recipe is of Peruvian origin and was also a means of preserving food.
Raw fish mixed with chilli, lemon and onion, was preserved, and ready to eat at once.
In the Western recipe where the issue of preservation becomes secondary, generally adds tomato or cucumber and various condiments.
The fish can be a European seabass or nearby.

Ingredients

  • Fish: 100g
  • Lemon: 20g
  • Onion: 20g
  • Cucumber: 10g
  • Chilli: 5g
  • Cibolette: 3g
  • oil: 2g

    Dish.

Preparation


    Cut the onion.
    Chop the chilli pepper (green or red).
    Cut the cucumber.
    Cut the fish into cubes.
    Put everything into a dish with chives.
    Squeeze the lemon and add the juice.
    Drizzle with oil.
    Mix.
    Keep cool at least 30 minutes.

Serve


    Fresh.
