  • Flour: 40g
  • Cocoa: 10g
  • Egg: 70g
  • Milk: 15g
  • Sugar: 15g

Ustensiles

    Pan.

Preparation


    Combine flour and cocoa.
    Pour one third of the milk.
    Whipping.
    Add the remaining milk.
    Add egg.
    Mix.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Cook the crêpes.

Serve


    We can cram pancakes with fruits in jars,
    or they can be served plain with sugar.
