Shrimp with tomato

Almost entirely vegetarian dish and adapted to a low-fat diet as most recipes on Bluejean.fr.
It is very simple to make and requires little time.
We can use 30 grams of fish broth to improve taste and different herbs commonly used as spices.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp: 100g
  • Tomato: 60g
  • Onion: 20g
  • Bell pepper: 20g
  • Garlic: 5g
  • Parsley: 2g
  • Salt:

    Frying pan.

Preparation


    The garlic should be crushed, it can be in powder form.
    The same goes for parsley.
    Cut onion into slices.
    In a skillet, sauté 2 mn onion, parsley, garlic, bell pepper.
    Add tomatoes and 30 ounces of water or broth. Add salt and pepper.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add shrimp.
    Cook 5 minutes more.

Serve


    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve hot.
