Fish with curry and honey


Close to the recipe of fish glazed with honey, it uses different ingredients easier to find. No less tasty, however. It is cooked in a skillet and not baked.
Can be eaten cold and is suitable for a buffet.

  • Fish: 100g
  • Honey: 10g
  • White wine: 20g
  • Sour cream: 10g
  • Oil: 2g
  • Curry: 2g
  • Salt:

Ustensiles

    Frying pan.

Preparation

    Cook the fish in a frying pan for 25 minutes.
    Set aside chicken.
    In the pan, mix white wine, honey, curry.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Add the sour cream.
    Cover the chicken with this sauce.
    Chill.

Serve

    Fresh.
