Calamari à la provençale

It's called squid, or calamari for a recipe, especially when fried.
The squid is a very small cuttlefish that is often found in the kitchen in the south of France and in Spain.
In all recipes of calamari from Provence (France), tomato, onion and garlic are present, possibly with aioli. Other vegetables are options. We can add zucchini. The cooking time will be extended.

Ingredients

  • Squid: 50g
  • Tomato: 50g
  • Bell pepper: 50g
  • Onion: 25g
  • Garlic: 10g
  • Rosemary: 1g
  • Thyme: 1g
  • Laurel: 1g
  • Oil: 1g
  • Salt:

Ustensiles

    Frying pan.

Preparation


    Fry the squid first 5 minutes.
    Dice tomatoes, peppers, onions.
    Chop garlic.
    Mix th whole.
    Lay the herbs on it.
    Bake in a pan with oil, covered, for 15 minutes.

Serve


    Hot.
