Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • Rice: 50g
  • Milk: 250g
  • Vanilla: 1g

    Saucepan.
    Oven.

Preparation

    First recipe


    Put 5 cl of water in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add the rice and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
    Empty the water and add twice the volume of the rice in fresh water.
    Cook until absorbed while stirring.
    About 20 minutes.
    In an ovenproof dish, heat milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Preheat oven to 200 degrees
    The rice was inflated.
    Mix with milk.
    Bake.
    Cook for 30 minutes.
    Stir and cook for 15 minutes.
    Repeat twice.
    Add sugar or aspartame.

    Second recipe


    Place milk in a saucepan.
    Add sugar if necessary. (Aspartame is added after cooking.)
    Heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Boil some water and add the rice.
    Cook for 5 minutes, then drain the water.
    Add the rice to the milk.
    Cook over low heat until the rice inflated.

Serve


    Cold.
