Quinoa mint

Quinoa was involved in the feeding of the South Americans since the time of the incas. It is a food feeding containing proteins and iron, so perfect for a more or less vegetarian diet.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa: 80g
  • Onion: 15g
  • Lemon: 10g
  • Oil: 5g
  • Mint: 4g
  • Parsley: 1g
  • Salt:

Ustensiles

    Saucepan.

Preparation


    Boil 20 minutes, or 10 minutes if quinoa is precooked.
    Chop onion, mint, parsley.
    Mix the juice of lemon with oil, salt.
    Pour all ingredients on semolina.

Serve


    Hot or cold.
