Ingredients

  • Egg: 10g
  • Oil: 20g
  • Garlic: 1g

Preparation


    Crush garlic.
    Grind it finely. Could be simplified by using garlic powder.
    Add the egg yolk (the white is not used).
    Mix with olive oil.
    Gradually add oil while turning.
    Continue to brew.
    Finally, the sauce should remain as solid as mayonnaise.

Serve


    To accompany meat or vegetables, grilled or not.
