It always includes feta, otherwise it would be a simple vegetable salad. Feta is a cheese similar to goat cheese that can be used as a replacement, and other curd cheese in brine.
It is often sold in slices, and in fact the name comes from the Italian fetta, meaning "slice ".
The classic ingredients of Greek salad are with feta, tomato, onion, cucumber and olive oil. We can add pepper, spices.

Preparation


    Cut vegetables into pieces.
    Cut the onion into thin slices.
    Possibly the olives too.
    Add the olive oil.
    Saler.
    Mix in the bowl.
    Place the feta over.
    And mint leaves.
    The picture gives an idea of the result (the bell pepper is an option).

Serve


    Cold.
