Turkey cutlets with garlic

  • Turkey: 100g
  • Garlic: 5g
  • Yogurt: 20g
  • Lemon: 4g
  • Basil: 2g
  • Butter: 3g
  • Wine: 5g
  • Salt:

    Frying pan.

Preparation

    Garlic


    Peel and put in a saucepan in water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 30 minutes.

    Escalope


    Melt butter.
    Brown cutlets 3 minutes per side.

    Nappage


    Chop basil.
    Drain the garlic and crush them without skins.
    Mix yogurt, garlic, basil, lemon juice, white wine.
    Pour a little water.
    Put the topping on schnitzel.

Serve


    Hot.
