- Lamb: 100g
- Tomato: 200g
- Onion: 20g
- Garlic: 1g
- Coriander: 2g
- Cinnamon : 1g
- Ginger: 1g
- Honey: 5g
- Sprockets: 1g
- Oil: 3g

Preparation
Lamb
Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Cut onion into strips.
In a covered pan or casserole put 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add the lamb pieces, onion, water, half the cinnamon.
Cover and cook one hour.
Tomato
Peel the tomatoes in boiling water.
Cut into pieces.
Place in a saucepan.
Add remaining olive oil.
Then the rest of cinnamon, honey, ginger, coriander, salt.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Serve
Cover the lamb with tomato.
Sprinkle with pine nuts.
Add any additional cilantro leaves.
