    Fry the potatoes 10 minutes.

    Onion


    Peel the onions.
    Cut slices.
    Heat a third of the butter in a pan, like the potatoes.
    Perform a sauté of the onions, for 10 minutes.

    Lamb


    Butter a baking dish.
    Put the potatoes and onion into it.
    Season with salt and pour the broth.
    Place the lamb over.
    Salt the lamb.

Serve


    Hot.
