How many calories in a hamburger?

What a regular hamburger, as found in fast food brings as calories? How can we eat without drawbacks?
Short answer

The average caloric value is about 500 calories, it may be lower or much higher, this is compounded by calories in additional foods such as fries.
The burger itself gives the fourth of calories necessary daily, but it is rich in bad fats, it is absolutely not recommended to consume it on a regular basis.

Long answer
Fast food: not a gift

Besides the simple burger with a slice of chopped steak, a wide variety of products are available, longer or thicker with superimposed slices, and then we can overcome with one of these products, without any accompanying ration, calories recommended for a day (1800 calories).
