Lamb with prunes

  • Prune: 20g

Preparation

    Prunes


    Put the prunes in water in a saucepan.
    Cook over low heat 15 minutes.

    Lamb


    Cut the meat into pieces.
    Onions into strips.
    In a saucepan, place the meat in oil.
    Add half the onion.
    Let sauté 5 minutes.

    Second cooking


    Add spices to meat except cilantro.
    Add salt.
    Add a little water.
    Cook 25 minutes over low heat.

    Final cooking


    Cut tomatoes into chunks or slices.
    Add to meat the other half of the onions.
    Add tomatoes.
    Add the prunes swelled in hot water.
    And cilantro.
    Cover and cook 35 minutes.

Serve


    Warm, without extra accompaniment.
