- Lamb: 70g
- Onion: 30g
- Almonds: 15g
- Garlic: 2g
- Parsley: 1g
- Cumin: 1g
- Oil: 2g

Oven.
Preparation
Cut peppers in half. Remove seeds.
Chop the lamb, parsley, garlic.
Cut onion into slices.
Fry onion and garlic.
Add the lamb, almonds, spices, salt.
Bake 10 minutes.
Put the mixture into peppers.
Bake 20 minutes.
Serve
Hot.
